The Rock series is Rock Island Armory's most well-optioned line of 1911 pistols built in the traditional 70 series design with the addition of next level upgrades. Like all Rock Island 1911s, each is built using 4140 ordnance steel on the industry's best CNC machines while being hand-fitted and tested to strict tolerance guidelines for unmatched quality and value. The Rock Ultra CS Lightweight pistol is built with 3.62" button rifled barrel supported by a full length guide rod. Includes a dovetail fiber optic front sight and LPA MPS1 type adjustable rear sight. Also include skeletonized hammer and trigger with adjustable over travel stop and ambidextrous safety, which comes standard in the Rock series. The Rock Ultra CS-L is finished with a tough parkerized coating and adds a battle ready G10 tactical grips. True to all Rock Island 1911s the Rock Ultra comes with a crisp factory 4- to 6-pound trigger to give you a great experience right out of the box.
